Health Guarantee/ Agreement of Sale
To the best of our knowledge, every precaution has been taken to insure that
your new pet is healthy. Please keep in mind, all of our puppies are thoroughly
examined by a vet, and shots and worming are up to date upon delivery. However,
your puppy will still need future boosters, rabies, etc… Furthermore, your puppy is
guaranteed against any genetic defects for two years.
The buyer and seller of the puppy agree that the buyer is responsible for
veterinarian charges after the date of purchase. With the exception of the
seller guarantee that any genetic abnormality, which would significantly shorten
the life span of the dog, as attested in writing to seller by the buyers
veterinarian, and canine specialist, the seller will provide the buyer with a
replacement puppy as soon as such puppy is available (providing a communicable
disease is not present that would endanger seller dogs). In this case, the buyer
must return the pup to the seller. If the buyer does not wish to have a
replacement puppy, the seller will pay up to $500.00 toward medical expenses, but
medical expenses, on the appropriate treatment must be administered. Juvenile
Cataracts are excluded from this guarantee, as they do not shorten the lifespan
of the puppy.
Buyer agrees to spay/neuter pet at 6 months of
age or at least prior to 6 1/2 months of age. If puppy is not altered, with vet
verification sent to seller.
Spay and neuter costs and any additional fees arising from these
procedures, including un-descended testicles, are the responsibility of
buyer.
Buyer agrees that the puppy will be raised as an indoor dog and provided with
all necessary health care by a licensed vet, including all remaining
vaccinations, yearly vaccinations, worming, rabies, etc... Buyer also agrees
that the puppy will not be taken to any public situations, (i.e., Pet smart,
groomer, dog parks, etc...) until puppy has received its 16 week check up and
all puppy vaccination/rabies shots.
A non refundable down payment of $500.00 is required to reserve the puppy of
your choice. The balance is required prior to receiving /delivery of your puppy.
No other warranties or guarantee, expressed or implied, are made under this
contract except those stated in this contract. This sales contract is
non-transferable and should the buyer relinquish ownership the contract is then
null and void.

near as possible to the characteristics you expressed to us that you would like in
a puppy.
